Today I got a letter forwarded from my attorney from our bankruptcy trustee. Evidently she is known as being very tough to debtors, and very creditor friendly. Hopefully this is not a big deal, and luckily for me I have documentation for EVERTHING. Whew!

Saturday, October 25th, 2008Today my lawyer had to send an updated “Schedule F”. This is the list of unsecured creditors like credit card companies, etc. On review of our original petition after filing we noticed our house was listed twice, once on the schedule F form as unsecured and on the correct secured schedule.
So, no big deal. It gets resubmitted electronically, and doesn’t really effect anything.
You can amend toy petetion at any time during the process. There are a number of forms or “schedules” that are used. For example if you forgot a credit card, you could amend the Schedule F I referenced above.
