Today my credit score went up a little more to 520, from the other days 516 increase. It appears the balance of our car loan indicated a payment went through. Only two payments left. Yea!
However, my wifes score actually decreased, as the mortgage company recorded a late payment on the mortgage. Her score dropped from a 570 down to 549.
Today I got notified that my score increased a few points back up to a 516. One Credit Card account went from a several thousand dollar balance to 0. Other than that nothing changed. Yea for 0 balances 
The business has now closed, and I have moved out of the building. The good news is I have three people interested in buying many of the assets of the business. My lawyer had requested information from the trustee whether I should file a seperate business bankruptcy, or liquidate. And if any assets are sold, what happens. Does she need to approve the sale, and/or set the pricing?
It seems this is getting more stressful, and not less stressful as most people say occurs after you file. I’m sure this is due to the business, as if I didn’t have this mess to deal with it would be much easier.
It seems there are more questions than answers.
Several accounts are now showwing IIB (Included in Bankruptcy), but also accounts that had not been reported to all credit reporting agencies, are now being reported. This appears to have made the score drop to 509. Wow. That kinda sucks!
My wifes account now shows our Countrywide mortgage as IIB, which caused her score to drop to 570.
